NOTICE OF 2018 ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
The Annual Meeting of the members of the Briar Park Community Improvement Association will be held in accordance with the following information:
Date: Thursday, February 8, 2018
Location: Briar Park Clubhouse

Houston, Texas 77077
In accordance with the By-Laws of the Association, this is notice of the Annual Meeting of the members of the Briar Park Community Improvement Association. In order to conduct official business, a quorum of 77 members must be present either in person or by proxy.

- Security Report – United Ranger
- Approval of 2017 Annual Meeting Minutes
- Financial Report
- Election of Four (4) Directors to the Board
- Committee Reports
- Homeowner Question & Answer
- Announcement of Election Results
If you are interested in running for a position on the Board, please send the enclosed form in to our office no later than Wednesday, February 7, 2018 in order for your name to be placed on the meeting ballot.
It is important that we have a quorum of members represented to conduct business; if you are unable to attend, please fill a proxy and send it to the following address or send it to the meeting with a neighbor.
