architectural control committee
The Architectural Control Committee is made up of 3-5 residents of the Briar Village community, overseen by the BPCIA. This committee is selected by the Board of Directors for a 2 year term, beginning in February. It exists to assist homeowners in selecting appropriate designs and materials when making exterior, street-visible renovations to their homes and property. Advance approval is not optional; it is required as part of the deed restrictions for Briar Village.

Annual Meeting Call for Nominations
The 2026 Annual Meeting of the members of the Briar Park CIA will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect Four (4) Directors, and to discuss the affairs of the Association.
Registration commences at 6:30p.m.
This is the official call for nominations. If you would like to run for a position on the Board, or if you would like to nominate a candidate, please send in a nomination form. Forms can be found at the link below.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, January 9th.
