Access cards are required for admission to the BV Pool. No exceptions will be made.
PLEASE NOTE THE POOL IS MONITORED BY LIFEGUARDS AND THIS REPLACES SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
SAFETY
Baby Pool: Adult attendance is mandatory
Swim Diapers: Babies must wear appropriate swim diapers in Baby Pool and Large Pool
Pool Rules: Please observe the Pool Rules. Signs with the Pool Rules are in the Pool Area
NOTICE: Propping the pool gate is prohibited. Do not prop the gate open or hold the door to allow other residents into the pool area.
FACILITY ACCESS AND ASSESSMENTS
To access the pool and facilities, homeowners must be current on assessments.
Homeowners on a quarterly payment plan (without an aging balance) for the current year are considered up to date on assessments.
Access Cards
All residents will need to buy programmable Access Cards to enter the pool.
Only residents and their guests, who have current access cards are allowed to use the BV Pool.
Only residents of homes current on BV Maintenance Fees are eligible for access cards.
Access cards cost $ 25.00 each .
