This facility is for the enjoyment of The Briar Village Residents and their guests.
Only residents and their guests, who have current access cards are allowed to use the BV tennis courts. Only residents of homes current on BV Maintenance Fees are eligible for access cards. Access cards cost $25 for each household. Pool Tags and Tennis Court access can ONLY be ordered from Inframark. Please see the order form for contact details.
- Access Card is required to Use the Tennis Courts
- Make sure the Gate locks when your leave
- Turn off the Lights when you leave
- No Bikes, Skates, or other play
- Remove your own trash when you leave
- No Glass Containers
- No Smoking
- 7PM – 10PM Reserved for Adults
- Hours 11PM to 6AM Lights Out

Annual Meeting Call for Nominations
The 2026 Annual Meeting of the members of the Briar Park CIA will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect Four (4) Directors, and to discuss the affairs of the Association.
Registration commences at 6:30p.m.
This is the official call for nominations. If you would like to run for a position on the Board, or if you would like to nominate a candidate, please send in a nomination form. Forms can be found at the link below.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, January 9th.
