Annual Meeting

 An Annual Meeting of the members of the Briar Park Community Improvement Association is usually held on the first Thursday in February, at the clubhouse located at 13902 Piping Rock, Houston, Texas, 77077.  


The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect four (4) or three (3) Directors and to discuss the affairs of the Association. A Service term for a Director is two years. On even years there are four (4) positions open and on odd years there are three (3) positions open. This is the official call for nominations, and if you would like to run for a Director position on the Board, or if you would like to nominate a willing candidate, fill out a nomination form located below. 


The Board of Directors is consisted of members of your community that exists to assist homeowners in governing the business side of the neighborhood.  To contact the Board, please click here.
