2026 Call for Nominations

The 2026 Annual Meeting of the members of the Briar Park Community Improvement Association will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the clubhouse located at 13902 Piping Rock, Houston, Texas, 77077. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect Four (4) Directors, and to discuss the affairs of the Association. Registration commences at 6:30p.m.

This is the official call for nominations. If you would like to run for a position on the Board, or if you would like to nominate a candidate, please send in a nomination form (attached), either by:

The deadline for nominations for the absentee ballot is Friday, January 9, 2026.

A proxy and absentee ballot will be sent to all property owners prior to the meeting date.

Annual Meeting

An Annual Meeting of the members of the Briar Park Community Improvement Association is usually held on the first Thursday in February, at the clubhouse located at 13902 Piping Rock, Houston, Texas, 77077.

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect four (4) or three (3) Directors and to discuss the affairs of the Association. A Service term for a Director is two years. On even years there are four (4) positions open and on odd years there are three (3) positions open. This is the official call for nominations, and if you would like to run for a Director position on the Board, or if you would like to nominate a willing candidate, fill out a nomination form located below.
